It was always going to be a free demo anyway. They are never going to sell it for money. Get me? So tell me exactly, which law was violated here? Nothing. You can’t sell and attach a monetary value to this notion of “early access” to a free demo, then not met the deadline, then turn around and say that breaching the deadline was perfectly okay since it was a “free demo” anyway, and but then gripe when others have shared it because something you believe it is wrong to a few day early share a delayed access to a free demo.
So are all the early access contributors getting refund and their money back? No? Then you can’t have it both ways. Had it been on time, even the broad wide public would have had free access to have downloaded it months ago. Everyone is getting it just now, months late. This demo 3 was promised to debut on or about early April 2017 as part of “early” access.
